I gave a full lecture on a particular topic which was attended by the Dean and by other professors and instructors within that particular college division. All members of my "class" asked questions on the subject throughout the lecture. Afterwords, they asked additional follow-up questions on the topic along with questions specific to my experience in my career with this topic.
