Castore interview questions

Interview very informal and laid back. Most questions given on paper were skipped and notes took on ones not skipped. Most people that were interviewed immediately got the job. No references were needed.

It was 2 stage interview process, first interview was 10 min long, only asked why i want to work for Castore and what made you apply. Second stage interview was at their office with 2 mangers from the finance team, they were both very nice, they asked me questions from my cv. A really plesant experince overall
