Overall, the hiring process lasted for 3 weeks.
First of all, I had to complete an online assessment test with a mix of logical, numerical and abstract questions.
After that, a screening phone call with recruiter (30min) to learn more about the company and the role I was applying for, as well as my expectations and a walkthrough over my past experience.
The next round was another phone call (20min) with a team lead, same structure, fit questions to get to know me better, nothing too complicated. I received positive feedback on the same day.
Third round, a mock sales call with my team leader (45min). It was an intense exercise. I also got feedback right at the end of the call.
Fourth interview, skype call with the Country Manager (45min). Very relaxed, laid-back conversation about the company, the team and both our expectations. Really nice!
I was invited for a fifth and final on-site interview, again with the Country Manager, in which we made sure that I was ready to join the company and agreed on the terms of my contract.
