I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cecil Community College (North East, MD)
Interview
Very informal. Basically walked right into the office, said I'd like to apply for the position, sat down and talked for about 30 minutes, then was on my way. Questions mostly involved mathematical competencies and past grades with a few general personality questions. I was made an offer on the spot. If you know at least through Calculus you should have no problems.
Brief phone interview. They wanted to know about past experience and education. That's all I remember, it was no big deal. Can't say anymore, and beginning to get irritated at Glassdoor.
