I was first contacted by a friend who worked in the company if I would like to apply for a position. I sent my CV and waited for a call for an interview. The interview was done via phone, by the project manager. He explained what he is looking for and what he had to offer, he also made me a couple of questions to check my knowledge. I later met the technology director over a lunch session and he explained to me more about the company.
