There were 2 people who took the interview. They were not open to listening to ideas but was stick to their theoretical concepts that is used in their company like some specific locators , or some process mining product issues. They give you a technical assignment but don't respect your strengths or ideas that you bring on the table. Sticking to the old methodologies. Don't waste your time in doing the assignment , its not worth.

Technincal Interview During the technical interview one of the interviewer was late to the call and just joined the call without any apology . It is not the most professional way to start a conversation with a future employee . Also the questions were asked in such a way that, they don't really care about the knowledge of the candidate but was more interested in canidate's abiliy to recollect the past projects. I felt that the interviewer does not have proper knowledge but was trying to prove their opinion during the conversation . This was one of my worst interviewing experience in my entire life, even if I had the offer, I would have never accepted it since the interviwer sounded really cold and opinionated .
