3 different interviews:
- First one with a recruitment professional.
- Second one with manager
- Third one with manager
They all happened in less than week. All interviewers were professional and very clear about the process. Contrary to what I assumed and despite being a sales role, questions were more focused on my personality and motivations towards my potential career with Celonis than on an actual sales pitch.
