Interview
Interview process was involved but very smooth - recruiter call, short screening call with someone in the role, 'challenge' interview with 2 supervisors, and a final short interview with supervisors.
The challenge gives you an opportunity to work with the product, which I really appreciated in considering whether or not to pursue the position. It was a little stressful and time-consuming to prepare for it while having a full time job already but I think it's worth it for everyone involved to get a sense of fit.

Apart from the challenge presentation, the questions were straight forward - previous experience, how do you deal with difficult clients, what's something you've worked on that you're proud of (I liked that one), etc.

The interview comprised of an SQL quiz, a Challenge round (presentation preparation and pitch with actual data in Celonis tool), Interview with the Country head. The good part is the hiring HR guides you throughout the interview journey.

Enriching experience. Multiple rounds where they test your technical skills e.g. SQL, Python followed by case studies, problem solving, analytical and presentation skills. Understanding of Celonis platform and its capabilities.
