I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Washington, DC) in Jul 2021
Interview
There’s no formal interview. There’s a major recruiting process and you’re an independent contractor. It is easy if you have professional experience. If you are experienced public speaker, could be a great option for extra income.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Are you looking for full time or part time work? Do you enjoy speaking with others?
I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2022
Interview
Phone interview- discussed work history. The Vice President and I discussed my experiences and then the VP discussed the process and went over some scenarios with me. The VP said he would meet with the hiring staff and discuss our conversation and get back to me with an email.
I felt the interviewer was so distracted and unfocused throughout most of our phone interview. He also would not give clear answers to my questions about the company, keeping things very ambiguous.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Submitted Resume and got emails for a phone interview. Was called and discussed opportunities. It wasn't a job interview but more of a selling pitch to pay to join their training program and pay a tuition. I need a job, not another expense.
