      Executive Chef Interview

      Jun 14, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centerplate (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Three very, very casual interviews. One of which was a panel interview. Individuals were professional and respectful throughout the entire process. The process was rather prolonged due to the fact that the person chiefly responsible for vetting candidates also juggled a very intense travel schedule.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you achieve buy in from your staff when making changes to how they conducted themselves on a daily basis.
