      Interview

Three phone interviews. The first was pretty typical, expected questions, more formal. The two subsequent interviews were conducted about a month and a half later. Both were shorter and more casual, with the third basically being a conversation about what the job would be.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is the biggest obstacle you've had to overcome in a performance, and how did you deal with it? (Define obstacle however you choose.)
