    Pros

It might have been a small struggling company that was or seeking to grow, but it has full pontantial and exiting. Flexible management.

    Cons

This company lacks sponcers and superstong management as it's compatotors which are well sponsered are getting all the business away from them.

    Advice to Management

What your company needs are sponseres and investors. Try to find them. I know its hard as I was also in the management team but hope investors will come abord before your company collapse.
