Interview
Was asked to read and fill out a worksheet about the principles of behavior, as well as to fill out a confidentiality agreement. Interview lasted around 30 minutes and were questions about experience working with children and/or developmentally delayed people.

What are three ways you can contribute to our team.
It started with a short survey of various behavior related questions where I had to write out the respone. This was followed by a one on one interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Was given a comprehension sheet that I had to fill out before starting the interview. It was to see how much I knew about behavior therapy. After that was done, I was lead into the Interviewer's office. She was polite and nice throughout the whole interview, which was about 30 minutes. She then answered any questions I had and told me when to expect a call back.
