I can't remember if I received a call or email to come into the office to interview as this was years ago. When I arrived there was a li e of individuals waiting to interview. However, the interviewer was nice, straight forward and basically redescribed the role and asked was I still interested with a few simple questions in between..

Oversimplified. HR at the time was just filling cubicles and not interested if you actually were a good fit for the job. It almost felt like there were no wrong answers.

Applied in person, called in to interview. Spoke to both HR and Branch Manager (separately). Typical questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I was given a brief spelling test on the computer (typing words dictated on headset).
