Cereplast interview questions

They usually hire through the temporary places, and I worked for one of them (Kelley Services) so an HR person came to talk to me one day after work as I was cleaning up and said they were interested in hiring me for a full time position. I put my application in with TIEM and after a few weeks they called me in for an interview in the front meeting room. I spoke with the heads of the weld department that I'd be working for, and another representative from human resources. They asked me questions, most of which had to do with attendance and positive work reviews. It went well, and I heard within the week that I had the job.
