I was contacted via email to participate in a phone interview. I live 600+ miles away from NYC, which made the process a little more difficult. I went through three rounds of phone interviews before receiving notice that I had moved on to the face-to-face interview. The company did not cover travel expenses for the interview. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. The on site interview lasted about two hours and I spoke with four people, including the CFO. I was tested on how well I could send an email about collecting money from clients and was given 10-15 minutes. I was told that I would receive notice via a phone call about the status of the position. I never received a phone call and was only informed I didn't get the job until I followed up with them. I was notified via email.
