Ceros interview questions

Interview process is standard other than the homework assignment that is assigned. 1st interview was with recruiter which was great. 2nd interview with director of business development was appalling. Absolutely 0 personality and no sign of sales skill set at all. I was in disbelief they were even in the position to be trusted with hiring Seemed extremely uninterested in the interview. Very dry, bland, and had no representation of a successful sales professional. My advice is if you want to get an offer from them be as boring as possible. Do not be upbeat, positive, and excited. Be depressing, act like you don’t care at all, and do not try to build a relationship with the interviewer

HR call, technical interview, home assignment which is a game, tech interview, final call. I completed the home assignment which was fun overall, but I spent 2-3 full days working on it to make it work properly. I completed all the mandatory and optional tasks and added some things on my own which they encouraged. I spent time making the solution scalable with a factory design pattern and documented things really well. In my honest view the solution looked really good. They rejected me with a generic message not even providing feecback. Really disrespectful and not considering my time.
