- First round is with HR, exchanged role & pay expectations over phone. All good.
- Second one is technical, started with automation basics, talked about protocol diff btw frameworks, made me write tests in sheet, and asked me to build a write automation script. Tested me on automation terminology, and CI concepts.
- Third round is purely a product one. Started with manual testing scenario based questions like "bugs list & categorization", "priority vs severity", etc.. and moved on to "How do you support faster releases with limited resources and time", "What would do in situation A" etc. The discussion is mostly subjective than definitive, the interviewer tried to capture thought process over ticking correct ans.
- Another round with CTO, talked about multi tenancy in DB, JSON driven client portal implementation (from my prev project), my previous work in automation transformation, he asked a bunch of followup questions on my answers that made the discussion interesting, I liked it, we ended on a positive note.
