Cetergy recruited me for an opening. I proceeded to spend 2 months on multiple interviews - both via phone and in-person - which I needed to use PTO to accommodate. As part of this process, I even came on site to produce spec work for the company. They then felt it appropriate to cut off all communication and ghost me when the time came to make a final selection on their candidate. I am more than willing to understand when an interviewer decides to go in a different direction, but am incredibly disappointed that they felt it appropriate to disappear after 2+ months of engagement, without the professional courtesy of a response. Would strongly advise prospective candidates not to waste their time on the interview process if serious about finding a new position.
