Cezanne HR interview questions

The interview process started with a Microsoft Teams interview with the line manager, who described the job role and went through all the standard interview questions and processes. I was then informed I'd be sent a test to complete, before being invited for a second interview. I received this test a couple of days after my first interview. A week after completing the test, I received an email stating I'd made it to the next stage and was offered a second interview with two different managers. I was contacted within an hour after my second interview offering me the job! Over all a very easy, welcoming process to have gone through.

First a short telephone call with a recruitment agency. Then a short call, a longer video interview with an aptitude test (verbal/non-verbal reasoning), another short video interview, then a final longer interview with a Software Testing specific test. Each interview was about a week apart, so the whole process took a very long time. Although this was partially due to various people being on holiday. Overall, I felt very welcomed throughout the process, with no sense of intimidation, which I appreciated.
