POOR! With the right questions you will uncover that this is not a stable company. It has been through multiple CEO's in short order, a lot of senior management "left" (fired), and the financial stability is questionable. In addition, company is not forthright in explaining compensation. Be upfront! What are you offering? Instead they want to play a chess game since their financial instability will not take another hit by paying what they should pay. I was able to dig in with past and some current employees at a field and senior level that really didnt hold back on explaining 90% negative, 10% positive things. Follow up has been poor as well from the start, especially from the recruiting team. You cannot slack or treat talent like that. Be on point, be upfront, and honestly have a positive vision about your company. Unattractive ways to lure top talent that seems like it is desperately needed to turn a sinking ship around. OFFER I AM DECLINING.
