Change(CT) interview questions

I first did a brief phone screening that was only about 10 minutes. I was then invited for a quick in person interview. The interview only lasted about 20 minutes, and basic interview question were asked. The environment was very laid back.

There was only one interview in person. It took about 1 hour and I had to wait for at least 20 minutes to be interviewed. The interview was relatively simple and they asked me about which specific position I wanted. The positions were as a Homemaker and Companion, Recovery Assistant or TBI Assistant.
