      Team Lead Interview

      Jul 27, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Change Grow Live in May 2022

      Interview

The interview process is one of the best I've gone through. Robust but extremely enjoyable. The team that interviewed me on both the "Competency Based" interviews ad the "Values Based" interview were really friendly and very responsive to my answers. I felt that the Values Based one was the better interview as you get the opportunity to answer questions on a very personal level which not only allows the organisation to see the type of person you are but what the values of the organisational are.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How did I deal with a difficult situation, what tools did I use and what was the outcome?
      Answer question
