Weird vibes. The process was not your typical interview and seemed to run off of vibes. Interviewed with multiple people and was disappointed to see that there were no POC despite the values Chani likes to portray on the website and on socials.
I read the reviews of former employees later and I guess that explained the weird vibes I got.

Interview
Virtual interview with hiring manager, then another virtual interview with the founder. Interviews were fairly simple with reasonable and thoughtful questions presented in a way that was warm and open. After the interviews, I had to follow up multiple times to hear anything back. The full time job was removed and I was offered a contract position for the same role, which I declined.
Pretty straightforward process but once the end of the interview series was done and I was offered the job, they were offended that I asked to negotiate the salary. It was very strange since this is pretty standard practice to negotiate.
