Charity Finance Group interview questions

Standard online application. I had a first telephone screening interview with the manager. She asked me only few questions about my experience with database, external stakeholders etc. They were supposed to let me know the outcome of the interview the following week but they never got back to me. I had to assume I did not get it. I emailed them after three weeks, but they never replied.
