The process taps into you as not only a professional but a person. While it is a lengthy process with 3-4 rounds of interviews, it’s not overly stressful and everything is more conversational and laid back.
Biggest advice is to be yourself and be confident.

What motivates you the most or whats your biggest motivation?
Was long, but the guy leading it was easy to work with and felt like the first real conversation I've had with a recruiter in awhile. Strange that a recruiting firm, Can't optimize their process to 2-3 conversations for an entry level role. Think I met with 6-9 people (Frustrating) if not more.
