Interview
I was given an assessment for a role at ChartMogul, despite clearly mentioning to the recruiter that I had no experience with Ruby. The assessment was in Ruby, and I did my best to solve it using the resources I had available. However, the feedback was simply that I didn't know Ruby, which was already communicated from the start. This process felt like a significant time investment with little consideration for aligning the assessment with the candidate's skill set.
