It was an insane amount of prep work for a customer service job that doesn’t pay very well. I had to make multiple videos and a Chatbooks, I don’t know why it was necessary to do so much for essentially an entry level position, for pay that was way below most state’s minimum wage.
The interview process was fun and interactive. They made it exciting to apply and wanting me to learn more about the company and the position. It went from answering prompts to a virtual get to know you interview and then an interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
It was great and laid back. It was conducted via skype. I had kids burst through the door and cause quite the scene. They are family friendly and understood. I felt very comfortable.
