Chatbooks interview questions

It was an insane amount of prep work for a customer service job that doesn’t pay very well. I had to make multiple videos and a Chatbooks, I don’t know why it was necessary to do so much for essentially an entry level position, for pay that was way below most state’s minimum wage.

The interview process was a 3-4 step process where they ask you to show your skills and then move onto the next round of questions. Be sure you know some background on the company- and even better if you are a customer.
