The process consisted of four rounds over approximately five weeks:
1. HR Screen (30 min) — standard intro call
2. Hiring Manager interview (45 min)
3. Portfolio presentation (45 min)
4. Final round (2 hrs 15 min) — included a PM chat (30 min), design critique (45 min), and a Director conversation (30 min)
The process was well-structured and the interviewers were engaged throughout. The final round in particular was a significant time investment.
However, after completing all four rounds, I never received any feedback or follow-up. A follow-up email I sent three weeks later also went unanswered.
