Interview
The interview process was very slick and efficient. After being reffered by a curent empolyee @ Checkout I had a call with HR the next day (1st interview) then was told on the call that I can go through to the second round of interviews which I think happened in the next 2 days, after I was successful for that round I had the 3rd round. I was told I may have to do another one but in this instance I didn't have to. I received feedback after every interview which was helpful and constructive. There was a little delay in hearing back to see if I was successful or not, however it may have felt longer because everything else was so efficient. All in all it is the best interview experience I have had in a long time and it happened very quickly.

- 4 stage interview process - The first two stages are straight forward interview questions to check it is a right fit - The third stage is a case study presentation, key is to focus on the data and what improvements you would make - The fourth stage is with senior management and is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, a culture fit

Interview
Contacted via email to arrange first stage, telephone interview with Recruitment was very straightforward. Second stage with hiring manager was the hiring manager telling me about the company, their expectations etc. There was no real structure to the interview and I didn't have much opportunity to actually speak abut myself, skills,experience etc.
