I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Checkout.com (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
The Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager facilitated a comfortable environment to answer/ask questions throughout the interview process. I was not selected for the role I applied for, however the hiring manager saw potential for me to succeed in another role, so I was put forward to interview for that role instead. This made me feel valued and respected by Checkout and shows they will be flexible to find the right role for candidates. I always felt like I was evaluated on my mindset and methodology alongside my skills and experience which I think is a key reason for their great culture. Four clearly defined stages of the interview process. Recruitment Team were very timely and professional throughout. The Hiring Manager really sold Checkout to me and made me even more excited to join!

Usual process, three rounds, meeting recruiters and team alike. Everyone was very friendly and asked good, relevant questions. Third round was a presentational task. Nice simply concept but got me thinking and thought it was a great idea
