- 4 stage interview process - The first two stages are straight forward interview questions to check it is a right fit - The third stage is a case study presentation, key is to focus on the data and what improvements you would make - The fourth stage is with senior management and is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, a culture fit

The process consisted of different steps: - HR interview - Direct Leader Interview - Team Interview - Director Interview - CSM presentation The process was fast (1 interview per week).

Interview
Contacted via email to arrange first stage, telephone interview with Recruitment was very straightforward. Second stage with hiring manager was the hiring manager telling me about the company, their expectations etc. There was no real structure to the interview and I didn't have much opportunity to actually speak abut myself, skills,experience etc.
