There are 3 rounds of interview in total: call with HR, call with hiring manager, onsite interview with local colleagues. Generally helpful with answering questions and respectful conversations. HR lowballed salary though
30 minute recruiter call: standard recruiter
30 minute meet the team: more in-depth conversation with a peer level worker to find out more about the role
2x in person meetings: meeting with 2 senior directors in the team to ask about long term career plans etc
30 minute final stage
Almost no assistance from the recruiter, no idea what I was being tested on throughout even though I followed up with the recruiter on this. Pretty poor candidate experience tbh,
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Checkout.com
Interview
Consisted of initial screening, 1 onsite interview then followed by 2 Zoom interviews, all along the similar topics, situational, behaviour questions, closely linked to the role and motivation for the specific department and the role.
