Was very disorganized from the start. They called the wrong team lead into the virtual meeting, so when they got the correct one he was not prepared to do an interview. They completely caught him off guard. Interview was a panel and pretty standard and easy. Afterwards the team lead called me to explain some things in detail about the position. That was really nice. The recruiter never made an effort to contact me anymore. Everytime I contacted him he’d just say he’d get back to me by a certain date, then I’d never hear from him. This went on for almost 2 months before I stopped trying.
