Brought in my resume, interviewer was not interested but instead asked me about the problems I observed from the prior year, seemed like management was cleaning house. Asked about basic experience in customer service and waiting, as well as any experience using the Aloha PoS system.

It was extremely easy, not much to be said, they are always looking to hire. If they call you they have the intention of hiring you.I really can not say it was any easier. Literally all you have to do is go.
