The hiring process was the best I’ve experienced. Samantha was extremely quick with replying and put forth maximum effort ensuring my experience was smooth and excellent. This gave me a good vibe from the start before the interview. During the interview process, I met with Ihsaan, Rhonda and Steve. What an interesting interview! It was actually fun and I felt like the team clicked well with one another. It was not the typical Q/A. They were interested in who I was personally and I was able to provide my own feedback. The questions they asked were challenging as well. Everyone was on time and payed attention. I felt like I would fit in well and I was confident this was where I would want to be. All in all, Chewy has been an amazing experience and I’m glad I accepted.
