They're hiring big right now for CSRs. I applied on a Thursday and got the call Monday morning. The recruiter I talked to was very nice, casual, and asked open ended questions such as "what is your idea of great customer service?" and "what have you heard about Chewy.com's customer service?". If you're good at establishing a connection, you'll ace it. I was offered a job on the spot and the conversation transitioned into scheduling/training schedule. You'll be offered a few different schedules starting from (roughly) 7am-1pm and ending at 3pm-10pm. You'll also pick which training class date you start on, which is a standard 9-5:30 for the first 30 days.
