Interview
Great process. Totally professional the entire way through. Worked with the best recruiter who kept me informed of the progress the entire time. The process starts with normal phone screen with a TA person. I then had a Zoom interview with the HR Manager at the location. From there you will then go to what Chewy refers to as the POD interview. Here I interviewed with the Regional HR Director, an Operations Manager, and the site Ops Manager. Most professional interviews I have been a part of. Very relaxed and conversational. Behavior questions revolve around the Chewy Operations Principles. The interviews are on Zoom and are back to back to back. Make sure you have some water to drink because you will need it.

Interview
The process was fast, it was flexible. Behavioral questions, almost no technical questions. Demonstrated a good amount of trust within the organization! Everyone involved was engaged, responsive, and provided relevant insight into the role.

Total 5 rounds of interviews starting from onsite HRBP to HR Manager then HRD, regional HRD and up to GM. But you hear nothing at the end...I was reached out twice for the same position but first time was told it has been filled internally second time heard nothing after interviewing with GM...
