It was a quick 30 minute phone call about the role. They scheduled the interview quickly and let me know within the next week that they would not be moving forward.

Why is DE&I important to you and how do you bring those values to the workplace?
Had a quick phone screening and was then passed onto the next step, the next step involved zoom interviews with three members of HR. I was then passed along to the next step which included a tour of the facility and an interview with two of the same people I had interviewed with on zoom.

It was a very quick process they like to make decisions within 24 hours. You go in and they tell you right there if they would like to move forward with you.
