I just submitted my application, got called the same day for an interview & got a job on the spot. I met with the head person in charge but was also there with the front desk person.

You go in & fill out an application, which does include written questions/answers. Director asks you a few questions about your experience & situation scenarios & how you’d handle them. The place is nice.
Great and welcoming environmnet. very less wait time and all the people i met were great! All the relevant questions were asked. Receive the paperwork need to fill, explained the orientatiion process well. Not too much paper work though.
