Sit down and talk with a trader if he likes you, you move on to an interview with the head of trading. Great group of guys who make the interview process very comfortable.
Two to three phone interviews with HR and other traders - mostly behavioral questions. Final interview was in office with the head trader. Interviews were relatively laid back, except for a few quick math questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chimera Securities
Interview
started off with an HR phone screen, asked me the basics (tell me about yourself, why do you want to be a trader, why do you think you would make a good trader).
Within a few days they got back to me and asked to schedule an interview with one of the traders. Asked mostly behavioral questions, delved into my background/education a bit more.
Within the next week the scheduled a final round interview with the head trader and it was the same deal, behavioral, more casual than I was expecting.
After that I waited about a month before getting the offer. note: interviews were remote and during coronavirus pandemic.
