Interview
Lasted up to 20 mins, held in front of restaurant during a quiet time. Discussed availability and passion for the position. Any previous experience which may help. Had to appear very friendly, confidence with willing to learn. Was my first role on the bar, was offered a trial shift. Asking lots of questions on drinks, types of guests etc always helps!
Very casual, was offered the job on the spot. bsic questions about why I wanted to work there and what I wanted to get out of it. Seemed like as long as there weren't any red flags the job was already mine
