Chloé interview questions

Applied online for a job that matched my experience. Got an initial mail confirming my first interview with the HR. This part was more or less classical interview with past experiences and motivation for the job and company. After that I got contacted from the hiring manager to do an interview at the HQ. This part was more technical and went deep into the missions and how the candidate could contribute. This went pretty well and after few days, got a mail from the Director to have a final discussion. I went again at the HQ and it was a rather short discussion and motivation interview. After this interview, few weeks went by without any news. Sent them a follow-up mail and got a call back to do a case study that was not in the initial plan for the hiring process. This business case was a classical project plan for the ongoing project. Sent them after finished and presented for around 15 min to the hiring manager. After this part, again few weeks without news, and prepared myself for the worst news. Indeed after few weeks, got a call from the hiring manager that they made the decision to go with another candidate.

Entretien fluide et bien structuré. Processus rapide, questions claires et pertinentes sur le poste et mes expériences. Pas de questions pièges, l’échange était professionnel et agréable. Bonne mise en avant des attentes du stage et des missions. Expérience positive !
