Interview
This was the most unique and intense interview process I have ever been through. After an initial phone screen with many technical questions I was invited on-site. About a week before the interview, I was given guidelines to create a presentation to give to the team. The interview itself was about 7 hours long and included icebreaker activities, a written exam, meetings, tasting, and creating an elevator pitch. There were also other interviewees present during the process. I think it was a great way to show your knowledge and ingenuity rather than answering standard questions and talking only about what you’ve done in the past. However, it was intimidating. It felt as if they may have been trying to stress you out to see how you react. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Interview
Very unique interview process. It was a group interview that lasted all day (8 hours) and they treated me to lunch. However, toward the end of the interview they had us participate in team building exercises with current employees in the department to see how we interact together. Also, they made us create a presentation of our skills and new product ideas. too about 4 months from application and first phone interview to hearing if we got the job.
