I worked at Chrysalis for over 3 years years and left on great terms, I worked my 2 week notice and had positive recommendations from Supervisor and Director, so when I was looking to return to a Case Management position, I saw Chrysalis had a Wesley Chapel CM role. I submitted my application and was called immediately. The hiring specialist remembered me and checked that I was eligible for rehire and she was trying to schedule the second line of interviews, I was really excited. and as a state Certified CM, I thought this might be a great situation for both of us. 1 day later I got a call that the position was filled, and they were sorry, it just seemed so weird, you can't help but take that personally . I always thought they supported loyality and my years with them, but things change. I'm glad that it didn't work out....everything happens for a reason, and at the end of the day I"m really happy where I ended up! You should never really go backwards. In life in general.

Applied on indeed, recieved a call from a talent acquisition person, then had an in person interview with Supervisor the next week, then had to meet with HR to gather transcripts and then completed drug tests and then offer letter.
