I learned of a mass interview in August, I filled out the application and was interviewed by the Asst Manager. I think the key is to be aware of not saying the wrong thing, common sense indicators of laziness or theft will definitely NOT get you the job.

Interview
The interviewing manager was very nice and made me less nervous. The GM was intimidating and made me nervous the whole time. The most complicated thing was selling an item and singing happy birthday without music or accompaniment. I knew I got the job because the first interviewer loved my smile and aspirations in the military.
