I met with the HR Manager at the time, who went over my application and asked pretty standard questions about job experience. I was hired pretty much right away, so there was some being shown around as well.

Interview
First Interview with direct supervisor went well and I received a phone call to set up the second interview with the supervisor's boss.
The second interview did not go as well. The boss seemed more interested in talking to me than asking about me.

During the second interview with the supervisor's boss, I was told they wanted someone who would take over for the supervisor when they retired.
