The interview was done virtually and there were around 10 interviewers including city and school employees. The interview was cold and awkward and I was told at the very end that the salary was non-negotiable. The job posting had a salary range and I was asked my desired salary on the application, so I was under the impression that it was negotiable. I felt like the interview was a huge waste of my time and they never even got back to me.
