Very easy. GM does the hiring process and it is very simple. Takes a few minutes and is kindve dum questions. Anyone could get the job as long as you r competent
There was the general Manager and Assistant manager at the interview. The interview was about 15 minutes and the assistant manager was the one that asked the most questions and called me back to offer me a position.

There wasn't really an interview, it was more of a "what's your availability, do you have a brain?" type thing and then I was handed my shirt. It's not a hard job!
